4. AI Communication Services & Call Data
Orzen operates AI voice agents that make and receive telephone calls on behalf of businesses ("Customers"). When a call is handled by Orzen, it may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, lead capture, and analytics purposes. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and are accessible to the Customer account that initiated or received the call. Callers interacting with an Orzen AI agent may be informed that the call is automated, as required by applicable law.
5. Telephone Communications & Consent
By submitting a contact form, demo request, or any other form on getorzen.com that includes a phone number, you expressly consent to receive calls and messages from Orzen AI systems regarding our services, demos, and relevant information. This consent covers both automated and manually dialled calls. You may opt out at any time by emailing privacy@getorzen.com or replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply. Orzen complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable international telecommunications regulations.
6. Sharing Your Information
